Our outdoor kitchen and dining pavilion is fully outfitted with a large chef’s island to accommodate groups wishing to learn how to prepare traditional Mexican cuisine, or enjoy a wine tasting curated by one of our owners who is also a wine consultant and sommelier. Guests will learn the finer points of making the most delicious tortilla soup, the most savory chili rellenos, the most decadent flan. Given our location at the water’s edge, sushi and sashimi making are also high on the list of cooking class requests. There are several chefs in the village who love to share their craft, and we would be delighted to organize a customized experience for you and your guests. For many guests, the resulting meal is often the highlight dining experience of the trip.
